The clubhouse at Creek Bridge may be reserved by residents by providing the information requested below and by submitting payment for $50. You will receive a refund of $25 as long as the clubhouse is cleaned and not damaged. The requested date will not be reserved until paid in full. Your refund will not be made if there is any damage to the clubhouse or it needs cleaning in any way (for example: trash, sweeping, mopping, wiping of any surface, bathrooms to be cleaned, etc).
When you submit this form your application will be considered. However, you must understand that there may be a scheduling conflict with another applicant so your application may be rejected. Please reserve 1 week in advance for scheduling.
Payment will be made via Paypal, you do not need to have an account with them. Once you have entered the information below you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.
