Committees

Here are the list of Committees:

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE

Chair – John Helms

• Preserves the natural setting and beauty of the properties, maintains a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing design for Creek Bridge and promotes the value of the properties, subject to the restrictions set forth in the ACC Guidelines and Deed Restrictions.

• Periodically reviews the ACC Guidelines and makes recommended changes/updates to the Board of Directors.

FACILITIES COMMITTEE – POOL/CLUBHOUSE 

Chair – NEEDED

• Assists the Board of Directors in the planning, administration, maintenance and operations of all Creek Briedge Homeowners Association assets.  The Facilities Committee works together with the Board and other Committees to ensure that the HOA assets are functioning as intended and kept well-maintained; and that future projects are developed and implemented in a manner that best utilizes the HOA’s funds.

• Facilities coordinates day-to-day operations and regular maintenance of the Clubhouse, Lighting, Park, Pool, Common Property Hardscape (such as signage).

• Maintain clubhouse reservations, confirming payments, date, time, adding to calendar, making sure clubhouse has been cleaned and in its normal state before refunding deposit.

• The Committee also procures needed contract services and equipment to support HOA asset maintenance.

GROUNDS COMMITTEE

Chair – Frank Pichler

• Coordinates the planting, landscape maintenance and irrigation needs for all HOA common property, working closely with the current HOA landscape contractor.  Areas of responsibilities include annual and perennial beds, trees, green spaces, and softscape within the HOA.

• Also works with other the Board and other Committees in the areas of improved maintenance, asset replacement and/or special HOA-sponsored events.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE

Chair – Crystal Mapp

• Organizes and supports the Board on planned social activities, not only for the enjoyment of homeowners but also to promote fellowship, facilitate improved communications at social functions, and help interested residents to become more active in their community.  Events coordinated by the Social Committee may include, but not be limited to:  monthly Coffee, community garage sales, fall event, holiday parties, pool parties, and special children/adult social activities.

• Welcomes new homeowners with a letter.

• Crime Watch program with team meetings, training programs, and crime watch updates. Keeps the lines of communication open between the Ozark City Police Department and the HOA Communications Committee.
